Refund policy

At Rosebud & Jo we want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes, returns and exhanges are necessary. We aim to make the return process as straightforward as possible.

Return Period: You may return any unworn, unwashed, and unaltered item with the tags still on within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund OR within 30 days from the date of purchase for store credit. Gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Eligibility: All returned items must be in new and resalable condition with a receipt. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged. Undergarments and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Sale items, clearance items, preorder, holiday items and events are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Refunds and Store Credit: For eligible returns, we offer a choice of a full refund or store credit issued as a gift card, based on your preference and return period. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Gift cards & store credit are not eligible to exchange for cash.

Gift Receipts: With a gift receipt, items can be returned or exchanged for store credit only within 30 days of purchase. No cash refunds are given, and items must still be in new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition. Please note: Sale, clearance, holiday, preorder, and event items are final sale, even with a gift receipt.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Shipping Costs: Original purchase shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a damaged or defective item.

How to Initiate a Return: Visit us in person at our physical boutique location or to initiate a return via mail, please contact us at hello@rosebudandjo.com. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and securely packaging the item in its original condition, along with all tags. Your refund will not be issued until the item is received in store.
