Shipping policy
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of placing your order, excluding days we are closed and holidays.
Order Modifications: If you need to modify your order's shipping address or other details, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@rosebudandjo.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is shipped. We are unable to combine orders, change the size, edit your billing and shipping details, or add pieces to an existing order once it has been shipped.
Preorders: If your order included a preorder item, then this is an item that is not yet in our physical store. Please allow for a longer delivery time for preorder items to be shipped.
Shipping Methods: We currently ship all orders via USPS.
Shipping Rates: We offer flat rate shipping of $8 on all orders under $99. Orders of $99 or more ship free- no code needed. Shipping costs will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Address: Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors.
Delivery Issues: While we strive to ensure smooth delivery, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or issues related to customs clearance. In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and while we are happy to help, we cannot be held financially responsible for any issue that may have occurred once in transit. You as the buyer assume this responsibility by ordering from our site and will need to contact the appropriate parties to seek a resolution. Thank you for your understanding.
