About the brand

The concept for Dear Hayden was imagined during nap times after my second child was born. I loved to dress my little ones in adorable rompers and overalls but was fed up with the tedious buttons and snaps on all my favorite outfits. I struggled to find pieces that were elevated and stylish as well as functional.

I couldn’t stop thinking about the concept of functional, high-quality, and stylish baby clothing and decided to bring it to life.

When choosing who would make our clothes, it was important to us to work with manufacturing partners that had achieved GOTS certification. GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is known as the gold standard for sustainable processing of organic fibers.

By choosing to work with GOTS certified factories and using organic fibers like organic cotton over regular cotton, we are ensuring that our clothes are made without the use of harsh chemicals and are therefore safer for baby and kids’ delicate skin. Additionally, organic cotton is grown in a process that uses less water and without the use of pesticides, germicides, and GMO’s so it’s not only better for the environment but also better for the farmers and factory workers who handle it.
